Just got GPT-3.5-turbo-instruct and turbo function calling to create math animations (manim) just from text
Now you can easily ask to graph, answer questions, and you'll get a beautifully rendered animation explaining the concept
It works thanks to few-shot prompting 🎯
Here's a few more examples -- it takes the text, creates a "concept" of what we want to create, send it to turbo-instruct with few-shot prompting and send the output of the manim code to a rendering function that calls an external server to render and host the video animations
One of my favorite parts about stringing together functioncalling.fun and turbo-instruct is that even if turbo-instruct fails, it recursively will one-shot prompt steering the model into a correct example that will render and use the function as an "unit test"
as cool as demos are -- theres a lot going on in the background, everything from streaming function calling support to strict instructing on which functions to call and when, calling an external rendering server
lot of components just to create this!
